1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, including all tags and labels.

  • The item must include all original accessories, manuals, and any accompanying materials.

  • The original purchase receipt or invoice must be provided.

  • Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

 

2. Return Window

You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your order to initiate a return. If the item was a gift, the return period begins from the date noted on the gift receipt.

 

 

3. How to Return Your Item

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Package the Item

    • Securely repack the item in its original packaging. Ensure that all accessories, tags, and labels are included.

  2. Ship Your Return

  • Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days after the return is approved.

5. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or another product of equal value, you may do so within the 14-day return window. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

If you return part of an order that was purchased under a promotional discount (e.g., "Buy One, Get One Free"), your refund will reflect the recalculated price of the remaining items. If the entire order is returned, the full amount paid will be refunded.
